Our terms are occasionally updated and we last reviewed them in July 2020.
To shop with us, you need to:
· have a payment method that we accept and
· be authorised to use that payment method
When you place an order with Perfect Flags
If you have provided a valid email address you’ll receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept and begin to process your order once payment has been approved.
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to accommodate requests but once orders have been dispatched it’s impossible to make any changes.
All orders are subject to availability.
In very rare circumstances we may need to complete further checks before fulfilling an order, if this is the case please be patient with us and remember you can always contact the team for more info.
Use Of Banned Flags In Public
At Perfectflags, we stock a range of flags that have controversial histories associated with them, including flags containing confederate designs and Nazi emblems. We offer these sensitive items to educational establishments and historical institutes as they are important historical flags which are often used in re-enactments and theatre plays as a reminder of the past. We do not condone any public use of these flags and banners.
Prices and product descriptions
We work hard to keep our product descriptions accurate and up to date, if you have any specific questions or comments about a product please get in touch with the team.
Prices include VAT (where applicable). Prices can be displayed excluding VAT by using the toggle switch in the header of our website.
Delivery costs are also charged (you can find more information on our Delivery Information page). Delivery costs will be clearly shown during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times, depending on the delivery address.
Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, may limit the services provided to us by the Royal Mail or our couriers - please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external companies

Returns and refunds

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received by our returns team within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts. If a returned item is damaged through use we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you along with an additional shipping charge.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service to return items to us as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If you require an exchange there is an additional shipping charge for sending out the replacement item. There is a £2 administration fee when flags are sent back for a refund.
Any refund will be made in the tender type used in the original order.

Sometimes we share Discount Codes through our newsletter or on social media, which lets you reduce the price of your purchase. Remember to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us to make sure you don’t miss out.
Each Discount Code has its own terms and these will be shared when we publish a discount code.
You’ll need to remember to enter the Discount Code when you checkout.
Click to purchase our Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically to the email address given so please be careful when you enter the address! Payment for the gift voucher will be charged when it’s purchased and vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice. The gift voucher will be allocated to the recipient's account in the form of e-wallet credit which can be redeemed at the final stage of the checkout. Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Perfect Flags. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers cannot be returned and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. If the recipient does not already have an online account with our site, they will need to create an account using the email address the voucher was delivered to. The funds will then automatically appear and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket. If the items purchased total less than the gift voucher amount the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the gift voucher amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order. Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.
Inappropriate use of our website
Any inappropriate use of our website or ‘cyber attack’ will be taken seriously and we will cooperate fully with any relevant law enforcement authorities across the world, including passing on information about the people carrying out any attack.
Intellectual property and content
Perfect Flags has the required permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website. All such rights are reserved.
You are not allowed to use any part of the website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
